"Selling our home in Atlanta during the initial stages of the Covid outbreak and the lockdown was not an easy task and I am so glad we had Cathy on our side to help us through it. Selling a home is not a easy task in normal circumstances but given the Covid situation I was very stressed out on how we were going to achieve this task within a given time frame to transition and move on . Cathy listened patiently to all my concerns understood that and jumped on the task immediately and worked meticulously and tirelessly in making that happen and relieved us of having to deal with the stress of owning a home in ATL while we have moved on to another state . .She understands the needs of her clients and empathizes with them and is there for her clients not just as an agent but as a kind and considerate friend . She is an effective communicator, very punctual in returning phone calls, emails and is an outright professional , and gets the job done no matter what the situation is . "After six long months of trying to sell my late mom's house, I was burnt out from dealing with renovators and OpenDoor with no results. I needed to reset my approach and get a sales pro to make it happen. One of my family members is a broker but not local to Alpharetta.
